We facilitate the exchange of fair housing information, best practices, and data across member jurisdictions throughout San Diego County to strengthen regional coordination and response.

We develop, analyze, and disseminate fair housing data, including regional Analyses of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice, to support evidence-based policy and advocacy across San Diego.

Analysis of Impediments: SDRAFFH oversaw the preparation of a regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (commonly known as an “AI”), which has historically been funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and local funds contributed by all CDBG entitlement jurisdictions in San Diego County on a pro rata basis.
